- Provide your order number, details of the defect or incorrect size, and any relevant images.
- Our Customer Service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return label, if applicable.
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return label.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange.

- We do not accept returns; exchanges will be provided only for defective or incorrect items.
